हालांकि बाद में सरकारी पक्ष सुनने के बाद हाई कोर्ट ने स्टे हटाते हुए बिल्डर को अंचल कार्यालय जाने को कहा। अंचल कार्यालय में हाजिर होने पर कुणाल सिंह को उक्त जमीन के कागजात प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया। मगर वह कागजात नहीं दिखा पाया। इसके बाद 28 दिसंबर, 2024 को सीओ के नाते उन्होंने सरकारी जमीन से अवैध निर्माण खुद हटाने का आदेश दिया और उसके लिए समय भी दिया। इसके बावजूद कुणाल सिंह ने निर्माण नहीं हटाया। इसलिए अवैध निर्माण को हटाने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
