देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विजय दिवस के अवसर पर भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों एवं प्रदेशवासियों को बधाई दी है। उन्होने कहा कि भारत के सैन्य इतिहास में 16 दिसम्बर भारतीय सशस्त्र सेनाओं के साहस, समर्पण और बलिदान को याद करने का ऐतिहासिक दिन है। इस दिन भारतीय सैनिकों के अद्वितीय शौर्य व अद्भुत पराक्रम के सामने नतमस्तक होकर पाकिस्तानी सेना के हजारों सैनिकों को आत्मसमर्पण करना पड़ा था। उन्होंने कहा कि देश की रक्षा के लिए हमारे वीर सैनिक हमेशा तत्परता के साथ अपना योगदान देते है जिस पर हमें गर्व है।
