दिवाली की तिथि को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति
हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, कार्तिक माह की अमावस्या तिथि 20 अक्टूबर को सुबह 3 बजकर 44 मिनट से शुरू होकर अगले दिन यानी 21 अक्टूबर को सुबह 5 बजकर 54 मिनट पर समाप्त होगी। इसी कारण दिवाली की तिथि को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो रही है। उदया तिथि को मानने वाले 21 अक्टूबर को दिवाली मनाने की बात कह रहे हैं, जबकि कई ज्योतिषियों और काशी नि परिषद ने 20 अक्टूबर को ही दिवाली मनाना उचित बताया है।
महालक्ष्मी और भगवान गणेश की पूजा
विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, दिवाली के दिन मां लक्ष्मी की पूजा प्रदोष काल में होती है, जो इस वर्ष 20 अक्टूबर को शाम 5 बजकर 46 मिनट से रात 8 बजकर 18 मिनट तक रहेगा। इसी दिन कार्तिक अमावस्या का प्रदोष काल भी है। इसलिए इस दिन महालक्ष्मी और भगवान गणेश की पूजा करने का विशेष महत्व है। कहा जाता है कि शुभ मुहूर्त में मां लक्ष्मी का पूजन स्थायी समृद्धि का आधार होता है।
काशी विद्वत परिषद की बैठक में भी 20 अक्टूबर को दिवाली मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया है, क्योंकि 21 अक्टूबर को प्रतिपदा तिथि शुरू हो रही है जो शाम 7 बजकर 8 मिनट से रात 8 बजकर 18 मिनट तक रहेगी।
