लखनऊ : नेपाल में अंतरिम सरकार के गठन के बाद भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर हालात धीरे-धीरे सामान्य होने लगे हैं। सील रुपईडीहा बॉर्डर शनिवार सुबह 10 बजे खोल दिया गया। इससे दोनों देशों के नागरिकों व मालवाहक वाहनों का आवागमन शुरू हो गया। कड़ी जांच के बाद ही सभी को आगे भेजा जा रहा है। सीसीटीवी कैमरों से भी निगरानी की जा रही है। इस बीच आईसीपी के पास लैंड पोर्ट में लगी ट्रकों की कतार भी करीब समाप्त हो गई। नेपाल में उपद्रव और बॉर्डर सील होने के कारण भारत-नेपाल व्यापार पांच दिन तक ठप रहा। इस दौरान भारत के निर्यातकों का करीब 22 करोड़ रुपये का टर्नओवर प्रभावित हुआ है। वहीं, लैंड पोर्ट प्रशासन को भी 12 लाख रुपये से अधिक का नुकसान उठाना पड़ा।
राहत की बात यह रही कि नेपाल के हालात को देखते हुए ट्रकों से सामान्य शुल्क ही लिया गया। इंटीग्रेटेड चेक पोस्ट (आईसीपी) में प्रतिदिन रुकने पर लगने वाला जुर्माना माफ कर दिया गया। आवागमन शुरू होने से शनिवार सुबह बॉर्डर पर रौनक लौटी। करीब 10 हजार लोग नेपाल से भारत आए। एसएसबी के अनुसार करीब पांच हजार नेपाली नागरिक भी यहां से नेपाल गए। साप्ताहिक अवकाश के कारण नेपाल में सरकारी कार्यालय बंद रहे। रविवार से सरकारी कार्यालयों के भी खुलने की उम्मीद है, जिससे हालात और भी सामान्य होंगे।
बॉर्डर खुलने से स्थानीय व्यापारियों ने भी राहत की सांस ली। उत्तर प्रदेश उद्योग व्यापार मंडल के अध्यक्ष अनिल अग्रवाल, कोषाध्यक्ष बलराम मिश्रा, संरक्षक विजय मित्तल और रतन अग्रवाल ने बताया कि धीरे-धीरे व्यापार पटरी पर लौटने की उम्मीद है। व्यापारी नेताओं के अनुसार शनिवार को नेपाल से बड़ी संख्या में खरीदार रुपईडीहा बाजार आए। इससे एक दिन में करीब 50 लाख रुपये के कारोबार की उम्मीद है। नेपाली नागरिकों ने सबसे ज्यादा खाद्य पदार्थों की खरीद की। चीनी, नमक, आलू और दवाओं की भी खरीदारी बढ़ी रही। नेपालगंज बांके पश्चिम नेपाल के सबसे बड़े कस्टम ने शुक्रवार से राजस्व संग्रह शुरू कर दिया है। जेनजी आंदोलन के कारण अस्त-व्यस्त और प्रभावित बने नेपालगंज सहित बांके जिले का जनजीवन सामान्य होने के बाद आईसीपी से आवश्यक सामग्री से लदे ट्रकों को नेपालगंज भेजना शुरू किया गया।
