बेटी के प्रेमी की हत्या में पिता-पुत्र को उम्रकैद, दोनों पर एक-एक लाख रुपये का जुर्माना
बरेली: भुता के रसूला गुलाम अब्बास गांव में बेटी के प्रेमी की हत्या के मामले में अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश त्वरित न्यायालय रवि कुमार दिवाकर ने वेद प्रकाश उर्फ वेदपाल और उसके बेटे धर्मेन्द्र उर्फ रवीन्द्र को दोषी पाते हुए आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई। कोर्ट ने प्रत्येक को एक-एक लाख रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई। जुर्माने की आधी रकम वादी किशन लाल को मिलेगी।
वहीं सुनवाई के दौरान आरोपी हीरा लाल की मौत हो जाने पर उसकी केस कार्रवाई उपशमित की गई। सरकारी वकील दिगम्बर पटेल ने बताया कि वादी किशन लाल ने थाना भुता पर तहरीर देकर बताया था कि उनका बेटा अर्जुन (21) गांव रसूला गुलाम अब्बास में अपने मौसा धर्मपाल के यहां गया था। 17 अप्रैल 2019 को अर्जुन को वेदप्रकाश ने अपने घर बुलवाया था और किसी बात को लेकर कहासुनी हो रही थी। शोर शराबा होने पर साढू की पुत्री काजल व धर्मपाल, छाया देवी आदि इकट्ठा हो गए। उन्होंने देखा कि रात दो बजे अर्जुन को वेद प्रकाश, धर्मेन्द्र, हीरा लाल लिप्टस के पेड़ से बांधकर लाठी डंडों से मारपीट कर रहे हैं। वह मौके पर पहुंचे तो देखा कि बेटे की मौत हो गई थी। पता चला कि अर्जुन के वेदप्रकाश की पुत्री से प्रेम संबंध थे इसी रंजिश में उनके बेटे की हत्या कर दी।
अभियोजन पक्ष ने छह गवाह कोर्ट में पेश किये थे। जिसमें मृतक के पिता किशन लाल, मौसेरी बहन काजल, मौसा धर्मपाल, पोस्टमार्टम करने वाले डॉ. दिग्विजय सिंह, चिक लेखक ओमप्रकाश और विवेचक वीरेंद्र सिंह राणा आदि थे। अर्जुन की हत्या को होते हुए काजल और धर्मपाल ने देखा था। काजल ने अपने बयान में कोर्ट को बताया था कि उनके पिता के मेंथा प्लांट पर अर्जुन काम करता था। इसी दौरान उसके संबंध वेदप्रकाश की पुत्री से हो गये थे। विवेचक वीरेंद्र सिंह राणा ने आला कत्ल डंडा, रस्सी अभियुक्तों की निशानदेही पर बरामद की थी। कोर्ट ने गवाहों के बयान व साक्ष्य का अवलोकन कर सजा सुनाई।
