रांची: ईडी की कार्रवाई और गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ झारखंड के पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन की ओर से दाखिल एसएलपी पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 29 अप्रैल को सुनवाई होगी। हेमंत सोरेन की ओर से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता कपिल सिब्बल ने जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना से एसएलपी पर तत्काल सुनवाई का आग्रह किया था। कोर्ट ने इसे सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध कर लिया है।
दरअसल, हेमंत सोरेन ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी के बाद झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय में रिट दाखिल की थी, जिस पर 28 फरवरी को एक्टिंग चीफ जस्टिस एस चंद्रशेखर और जस्टिस नवनीत कुमार की बेंच ने सुनवाई पूरी करने के बाद फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। अब तक इसपर कोई फैसला नहीं आया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाखिल एसएलपी में हेमंत सोरेन ने गुहार लगाई है कि फैसला नहीं आने से वह लोकसभा चुनाव के प्रचार में भाग नहीं ले पा रहे हैं।
सोरेन के अधिवक्ता कपिल सिब्बल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से किए गए आग्रह में कहा है कि हाईकोर्ट का फैसला न आने से सोरेन के समक्ष दुविधा की स्थिति है, क्योंकि वह कानूनी उपायों के लिए न तो आगे बढ़ सकते हैं और न ही पीछे जा सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि सोरेन को 31 जनवरी को ईडी ने जमीन घोटाले में करीब आठ घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
ईडी की कार्रवाई को चुनौती देते हुए सोरेन ने 31 जनवरी को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी एसएलपी दाखिल की थी, लेकिन जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना और जस्टिस बेला एम त्रिवेदी की बेंच ने हेमंत सोरेन को पहले झारखंड हाईकोर्ट जाने को कहा था।
