साहिबगंज: झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन (Hemant Soren) ने शनिवार को कहा कि उनकी सरकार समाज के सभी वर्गों को मजबूत करके प्रदेश को आगे ले जाएगी। सोरेन ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार ने राज्य में महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए सभी प्रयास किए हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने दावा किया कि झारखंड देश का पहला राज्य बन गया है, जिसने ‘मईयां सम्मान योजना’ के तहत महिलाओं को दी जाने वाली मासिक आर्थिक सहायता 1,000 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 2,500 रुपये कर दिया है। सोरेन साहिबगंज के भोगनाडीह में एक सरकारी समारोह में बोल रहे थे। उन्होंने यहां साहिबगंज और पाकुड़ जिलों के लिए लगभग 350 करोड़ रुपए की 331 परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन और शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने दोनों जिलों में विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों के बीच लगभग 187 करोड़ रुपये की परिसंपत्तियां भी वितरित की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि झारखंड की जनता ने एक बार फिर ‘अबुआ सरकार’ को चुना है और राज्य के सम्मान, आदिवासियों, किसानों, मजदूरों, महिलाओं के विकास तथा ‘जल, जंगल और जमीन’ की सुरक्षा के लिए वोट दिया है। सोरेन ने कहा, “राज्य के खनिज संसाधन देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करते हैं, लेकिन राज्य के गरीबों, आदिवासियों और मूल निवासियों की जीवनशैली में कोई बदलाव नहीं आया है। झारखंड पिछड़ा हुआ है। हम सब मिलकर पिछड़ेपन के कलंक को मिटाने का काम करेंगे और समाज के सभी वर्गों को मजबूत करके राज्य को आगे ले जाएंगे।”
