UP : संभल मंदिर-मस्जिद विवाद में जिला अदालत की सुनवाई पर इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने लगाई रोक
नई दिल्ली : यूपी के संभल में शाही जामा मस्जिद और हरिहर मंदिर विवाद को लेकर जिला अदालत में चल रहे मुकदमे की सुनवाई पर इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति रोहित रंजन अग्रवाल ने संभल की शाही जामा मस्जिद की इंतजामियां कमेटी की निगरानी याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए बुधवार को दिया। कोर्ट ने याचिका पर सभी पक्षकारों से चार सप्ताह में जवाब दाखिल करने और याची से उसके दो सप्ताह बाद प्रत्युत्तर शपथ पत्र दाखिल करने को कहा है। हाई कोर्ट ने याचिका पर अगली सुनवाई के लिए 25 फरवरी की तारीख लगाई है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद यह याचिका शाही जामा मस्जिद की इंतजामिया कमेटी की ओर से दाखिल की गई थी। याचिका में बताया गया कि संभल की अदालत में पिछले साल 19 नवंबर को हरिशंकर जैन व अन्य की ओर से दीवानी मुकदमा दाखिल किया गया था। मुकदमे में शाही जामा मस्जिद के स्थान को पूर्व में मंदिर होना बताया गया। अदालत ने इस मुकदमे की सुनवाई करते हुए मौके का सर्वे का आदेश दिया था। गौरतलब है कि 24 नवंबर को इसी सर्वे को लेकर हुई हिंसा में चार लोगों की मौत हो गई थी।
याचिका में संभल की जिला अदालत में दाखिल मुकदमे की पोषणीयता पर सवाल उठाते हुए उसकी सुनवाई रद्द किए जाने की मांग की गई है। याचिका में मुख्य रूप से एक ही दिन में दीवानी मुकदमा दाखिल किए जाने, उस पर तुरंत सुनवाई किए जाने और सर्व आदेश होने के साथ ही सर्वे का काम भी शुरू किए जाने को आधार बनाया गया है। कहा गया है कि सर्वे की वजह से एक पक्ष को बड़ा नुकसान हो रहा है। साथ ही अदालत के सर्वे आदेश की आगे की प्रक्रिया पर रोक लगाने की भी मांग की गई है।
