नई दिल्ली । संसद सदस्यों, राज्यों के विधायकों, अधिकारियों और परिवार के सदस्यों के लिए ऑनलाइन भारतीय और विदेशी भाषा सीखने के अवसर संसद द्वारा प्रदान जाएगा है। इस दौरान संसद सदस्य अरबी, फ्रेंच, जर्मन, इतालवी, जापानी आदि भाषाएं सीख सकते हैं। लोक सभा सचिवालय संविधान की 8वीं अनुसूची में शामिल प्रत्येक भारतीय भाषा में 45 घंटे के शुरुआती स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम का आयोजन करेगा। इसके अलावा अंग्रेजी के साथ-साथ नौ विदेशी भाषाओं यानी अरबी, फ्रेंच, जर्मन, इतालवी, जापानी, कोरियाई, क्षमता वृद्धि कार्यक्रम के हिस्से के रूप में पुर्तगाली, रूसी और स्पेनिश पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल हैं।
इन 45 घंटों को प्रत्येक 90 मिनट की 30 कक्षाओं में कवर किया जाएगा। 32 प्रस्तावित भारतीय और विदेशी भाषाओं में से 16 भाषाओं को 2022 की पहली छमाही में कवर किया जाएगा। शेष 16 भाषाओं के लिए कक्षाएं 2022 की दूसरी छमाही में आयोजित की जाएंगी। सभी भाषा की कक्षाएं सप्ताह में एक बार सप्ताहांत पर निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार आयोजित की जाएंगी।
सचिवालय का कहना है कि सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि कृपया रुचि एवं प्राथमिकता के अनुसार, ऑनलाइन भाषा कक्षाओं में भाग लेना सुविधाजनक बनाएं। वे प्रशिक्षण प्रकोष्ठ के साथ अपनी रुचि या पसंद की भाषा (भाषाएं) साझा कर सकते हैं। यह सुनिश्चित करने की प्रक्रिया कि राज्यसभा में सदस्यों द्वारा दिए गए भाषणों या अन्य वक्तव्यों को आधिकारिक रिपोर्टो में सटीक रूप से पुन प्रस्तुत किया गया है। किसी विशेष दिन पर किसी सदस्य द्वारा दिए गए प्रत्येक भाषण या प्रश्न की इलेक्ट्रोस्टेट कॉपी और आधिकारिक रिपोर्टर द्वारा हटा दी जाती है, आमतौर पर अग्रेषित की जाएगी।
गौरतलब है कि भारत सरकार देश में स्थानीय भाषाओं को विशेष महत्व दे रही है। क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए देश की नई शिक्षा नीति में भी कई प्रावधान किए गए हैं। शिक्षा नीति के इन्हीं प्रावधानों के तहत जेईई और अन्य परीक्षाओं में क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं को महत्व दिया गया है। इस वर्ष आयोजित की गई जेईई परीक्षाएं इंग्लिश हिंदी के अलावा 13 अन्य क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में भी आयोजित की गई थी।
