भोपाल : मध्यप्रदेश सरकार द्वारा रतलाम में गणतंत्र दिवस के ध्वजारोहण कार्यक्रम के लिए मंत्री विजय शाह को मुख्य अतिथि बनाए जाने के फैसले ने नया सियासी विवाद खड़ा कर दिया है। कांग्रेस ने इस निर्णय का तीखा विरोध करते हुए इसे सेना और राष्ट्रीय सम्मान से जुड़ा मामला बताया है। कांग्रेस का कहना है कि जिस मंत्री पर देश की बेटी और भारतीय सेना की अधिकारी कर्नल सोफिया कुरैशी को लेकर आपत्तिजनक और अपमानजनक टिप्पणी करने का आरोप है, उसे गणतंत्र दिवस जैसे गरिमामय राष्ट्रीय पर्व पर मंच देना गलत संदेश देता है।
कांग्रेस प्रदेश विवेक त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि देश की बेटी और भारतीय सेना की बहादुर अधिकारी के खिलाफ अपमानजनक शब्द बोलने वाले मंत्री को रतलाम में तिरंगा फहराने की जिम्मेदारी देना बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। यह न सिर्फ सेना का अपमान है, बल्कि संविधान और राष्ट्रीय मूल्यों के भी खिलाफ है।
